30 Ton - 40 Ton Tension Stringing Equipments are used for 1000 KV overhead power line 4 oconductors stringing project in China. The max. conductor size can be 48mm.We have designed 42 Ton hydraulic puller with two of 18 Ton Tensioner for this project.

2. Hydraulic Tensioner SA－YZ2X80  for 2 bundled conductors

Application: It is suitable to string two bundled conductors or single conductor in overhead transmission line.

-          Closed hydraulic circuit, infinitely variable tension force control in both directions.

-          The max. tension/pull back force for conductor stringing operation can be presetted, the tension /pull back force can be read from the tension gauge of machine.

Three sheaves big Stringing Blocks

Application: It is suitable to string two or three stranded aluminum and ACSR conductors on tangent structures. Compression sleeves, swivel connectors, and pulling rope connectors can pass through the groove. The sheave is made in aluminum alloy or high strength nylon. The big size 660mm, 822mm, 916mm, 1040mm nylon sheave can be lined with neoprene.

Note:

1. Clevis fitting are optional, please specify when ordering. Customized blocks could be supplied on request. The data in the model means the outer diameter of sheave X width of sheave (mm).

2. All the sheaves are mounted on ball bearings. The frame of blocks is made in galvanized steel.

Aluminum Alloy COME ALONG CLAMPS for BIG Conductors

Application: It is used to pull big conductors in power and communication line construction field, and to maintain temporary tension until it can be permanently terminated.

Feature: The come along clamp are forged from high strength aluminum alloy, light weight and high strength. All the jaws of clamps are specially designed for ACSR conductors. Special size jaws can be ordered as per the customer's requirement.

Safety Factor: 3 : Breaking Load is 3 times of working load.
