4 Ton Cable Tension Stringing Equipments are used for overhead transmisson line single conductor or big pilot wire rope stringing. The set can be used for single conductor up to 36mm diameter in 220 KV power line, or big anti twisting steel wire rope 32mm diameter stringing in 1000 KV transmission line construction.

The set can be composed of 6 Ton Hydraulic puller SA-YQ60 with SA-YZ40A (in mountain area), or SA-YQ40 with SA-YZ30A, or SA-YZ40A.

Application: It is suitable to string stranded aluminum and ACSR conductors on tangent structures. Compression sleeves, swivel connectors, and pulling rope connectors can pass through the groove. The sheave is made in aluminum alloy or high strength nylon. The big size 508mm, 660mm aluminum alloy sheave can be lined with neoprene. The big size 660mm, 822mm, 916mm, 1040mm nylon sheave can be lined with neoprene.
