The specially designed and produced OPGW installation equipment and tools are used for overhead live line OPGW change old ground wire (earth wire) project. The whole set equipment and tools could include hydraulic puller tensioner, motorised winches, mobile traction machines, recover machine, double sheave support rollers, insulated pulling rope, OPGW running out blocks, OPGW socket grips, OPGW running board etc.

2. Recover Roller Machine

Application: It is used to recover the guide rope and double pulley rollers after OPGW stringing operations. Make the guide rope tighten to prevent touching the hot line. The recover machine is connected with end of guide rope, and being recovered with serving brake when the guide rope is drawn back by winch.

3. Double Pulley Replace Roller

Application: It is used to change the old earth wire with new OPGW cables. The rollers are installed with 10-15 meters distance on pulling rope when stringing OPGW on live line. It is used to rotate old ground wire with new OPGW cable without loosen and vibration.
