6 Ton Cable Tension Stringing Equipments are used for overhead transmisson line 2 bundled conductors stringing. The set can be used for conductors with diameter up to 32 mm in 220KV or 230KV power lines. We can use 6 ton hydraulic puller SA-YQ60 with two of 3 ton hydraulic tensioner SA-YZ30A, or 6 ton hydraulic puller SA-YQ60 with 7 ton hydraulic tensioner SA-YZ2X35, or 9 ton hydraulic puller SA-YQ90 with 7 ton hydraulic tensioner SA-YZ2X35 in mountain area.

1. SA-YQ60 Hydraulic Cable Puller

Application: The hydraulic puller is used to pull pilot wire rope for overhead transmission line Stringing.  It is equipped with diesel engine and closed hydraulic system, it can be easily used and maintained

Application: The hydraulic puller is used to pull four bundled conductors or 2 bundled conductors for power line construction. It is fully hydraulic controlled, easily used and maintained

2. 7 Ton Hydraulic Tensioner SA-YZ2X35 for 2 bundled conductors

Application: It is suitable to string two bundled conductors or single conductor in overhead transmission line.

-          Closed hydraulic circuit, infinitely variable tension force control in both directions.

-          The max. tension/pull back force for conductor stringing operation can be presetted, the tension /pull back force can be read from the tension gauge of machine.

Single sheave Nylon Stringing Block

Application: It is suitable to string stranded aluminum and ACSR conductors on tangent structures. Compression sleeves, swivel connectors, and pulling rope connectors can pass through the groove. The sheave is made in high strength nylon. The big size 660mm, 822mm, 916mm, 1040mm nylon sheave can be lined with neoprene.

Note:

1. Hook fitting, round eye fitting, and clevis fitting are optional, please specify when ordering. Customized blocks could be supplied on request.

The data in the model means the outer diameter of sheave X width of sheave (mm).

2. All the sheaves are mounted on ball bearings. The frame of blocks is made in galvanized steel.
